Atlanta moving FAQ
How is the flat price locked in?
We build the number off your actual stuff and how tough the access is, write it down, and stand on it. So long as the load matches what you told us, the move-day total is the very figure you signed.
Do you send your own movers or subs?
Our own, always. Marcus runs a trained crew on our own trucks, no broker taking a cut, no day-labor, and nobody you have never met walking into your home.
Can you move in the Atlanta summer heat?
Every week of it. We start early when we can, keep pieces shaded and out of the sun, and load fast so nothing sits in ninety-degree humidity. Your window holds whether it is spring pollen or August heat.
Do you move pianos and gun safes?
Yes, and the cost sits inside your flat price. The heavy, awkward pieces ride on a proper board with proper straps and padding, moved by people who have handled plenty.
Do you offer storage in between?
Yes. We keep them in a clean, climate-controlled space, a week or a year, and roll the cost into your written price rather than a surprise second bill.
What about high-rise COIs and HOA move rules?
Yes. A lot of Midtown, Buckhead, and Perimeter buildings, and plenty of suburban HOAs, want a Certificate of Insurance and a reserved elevator. Send the rules over and we file the COI and book the window ahead.
Do you deal with gated communities and HOAs?
All the time. Places like Johns Creek and Alpharetta come with gate check-ins and move-in windows, and we arrange those ahead so nothing holds up the truck.
How soon should I book?
A week or two of notice covers most jobs, and month-ends and weekends book first. If a crew is free we will still take a same-week or next-day move, so it is worth a quick call.
Do you take a deposit?
A small refundable one holds your crew and your date, and that is all. The balance is due once the job is done, and getting the quote never costs you a thing.
How do you handle Atlanta traffic?
By planning around it. We time the drive against I-285 and the Connector, avoid the worst of rush hour where we can, and still hold the window we promised.
