How we handle Specialty Items
Some pieces call for more than muscle. An upright or a grand, a loaded safe, a full weight rack, each gets the correct board, the correct straps, and a route worked out through the stairs and tight Atlanta doorways before anybody bends a knee.
A price up front that does not budge
Most movers in Atlanta hand you an hourly rate and let the clock decide the bill. We turn that around: you get a firm price in writing before we ever roll up, with packing and any storage already worked in.
Tell us the details
Walk us through the place, the stairs and parking, and the dates you have in mind, over the phone, on a video call, or face to face.

Specialty Items FAQs
Do you move pianos and gun safes?
Yes, and the cost sits inside your flat price. The heavy, awkward pieces ride on a proper board with proper straps and padding, moved by people who have handled plenty.
How is the flat price locked in?
We build the number off your actual stuff and how tough the access is, write it down, and stand on it. So long as the load matches what you told us, the move-day total is the very figure you signed.
Will stairs or a piano add fees at the end?
No. A flight of stairs, a haul across a big yard, a piano or a gun safe, every bit of that is written into the price before we lift a box, so the total never drifts from what you signed.
What keeps my floors and walls from getting dinged?
We roll out floor runners, pad the doorways and banisters, and blanket-wrap the furniture before it moves, so both the old place and the new one come through clean.
How soon should I book?
A week or two of notice covers most jobs, and month-ends and weekends book first. If a crew is free we will still take a same-week or next-day move, so it is worth a quick call.
Do you take a deposit?
A small refundable one holds your crew and your date, and that is all. The balance is due once the job is done, and getting the quote never costs you a thing.
Ready for a price you can plan around?
We will get your written flat rate over from the downtown Atlanta office, usually the same working day.
